Posted on June 3, 2021 by Zachary

The Canine Mineralocorticoid Receptor Assay Kit (NR3C2) (ELISA) product should be maintained between two and eight degrees Celsius to ensure retention of the stability and reactivity of the reagents included in the kit.

Tips

The Canine Mineralocorticoid Receptor (NR3C2) Product Assay Kit (ELISA) is intended to be used for research purposes only. It is not tested for diagnostic application.

Test

BlueGen ELISA supplies other types of assays such as 1. ELISA Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays Code 90320007

Properties

E05 478 566 350 170 or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays

Description

Receptors are type 1, 2, or 3 ligand-binding factors and protein molecules that receive chemical signals from outside the cell. When such chemical signals dock or bind to a receptor, they elicit some form of cellular/tissue response, e.g. a change in the electrical activity of a cell.

In this sense, an olfactory receptor is a protein-molecule that recognizes and responds to endogenous chemical signals, chemokines, or cytokines, e.g. an acetylcholine receptor recognizes and responds to its endogenous ligand, acetylcholine. However, sometimes in pharmacology, the term is also used to include other proteins that are drug targets, such as enzymes, transporters, and ion channels.
